Course Aim

This course aims to familiarize particpants with commercial catering practices and industry standards, to complement and enhance existing cooking/catering skills, for effective management of a commercial catering outlet, department or business.

A professional commercial catering course ideal for those:

 

  • wishing to gain skills and knowledge to obtain entry level commercial catering roles
 
  • wishing to apply commercial catering principles to their own catering business
 
  • already in the industry and wishing to add formal qualifications to their CV or portfolio
 
  • wanting to compliment overseas experience or qualifications with an English qualification




Course Entry Requirements

  • Minimum Age of 18~
     
  • A basic level of cookery skills and/or knowledge
    (please note this course does not provide practical cookery skills teaching)
