Course Aim
This course aims to familiarize particpants with commercial catering practices and industry standards, to complement and enhance existing cooking/catering skills, for effective management of a commercial catering outlet, department or business.
Ideal For
A professional commercial catering course ideal for those:
- wishing to gain skills and knowledge to obtain entry level commercial catering roles

wishing to apply commercial catering principles to their own catering business

A basic level of cookery skills and/or knowledge
(please note this course does not provide practical cookery skills teaching)
